Return Policy

At American Made Billiards MFG, we take great pride in crafting custom, high-quality pool tables tailored to your specific preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you wish to initiate a return, please note the following conditions:

  1. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will be applied to cover the costs of processing and reconditioning the product.
  2. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging and transportation. Once an order has been shipped, customers are responsible for actual shipping costs both ways for all returns. Refunds will NOT be issued until the item is received at the warehouse.
  3. Returned items must have a Return Authorization number, emailed to you by a customer service representative.
  4. Inspection and Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, free from damage or wear. If the item does not meet these criteria, additional charges may apply.
  5. All returns MUST be in BRAND NEW & UNUSED condition and must be in original packaging so it can be resold as “New”. The product cannot have been assembled or used in anyway.
  6. Custom Orders: Custom pool tables are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. If a defect is found, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
  7. Requests for returns must be within 7 days of delivery of item.
  8. Processing Time: Once a return is approved and the item is received, processing may take up to 30 days.
  9. Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be issued a full refund only if the credit card has not been charged yet. Once the credit card has been charged there is a $50.00 processing fee that will be deducted from your credit.
  10. All Cancellations MUST be received in writing or via email, Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
  11. All custom or special order items are final sale, no returns.
